The coverage exploded out of the gate, with hits in New York Times, TIME, and virtually all top-tier tech publications and blogs. Within a month, musical artists started capturing unexpected moments with Looxcie for their fans – and Looxcie rubbed elbows with stars at the Golden Globe Awards, Grammy Awards, and South by Southwest.

Unlike other video cameras, Looxcie continuously records everything you see. When you experience a moment you want to save and share, you simply press a button to create a video clip of the last 30 seconds. Looxcie needed its slim, over-the-ear video camera to appeal to everyone, not just sports enthusiasts willing to do (or wear) anything to catch the action. Our approach: make it compelling to wear Looxcie by letting people experience the magic of recording awesome footage they’d otherwise miss. And make it hip by introducing Looxcie to the coolest cats around: musical artists.
